The Guidebook to Rifle Marksmanship was originally prepared as a course of pre-induction training for young men about to enter the armed services. Sponsored by the National Rifle Association, it had the approval of the U. S. Army and Navy. Basically it is a sound and authoritative series of fundamental lessons in the use of small arms, whether of .22 or larger caliber. The principles of good shooting are the same regardless of caliber.
