The Youth Natural Resources Program (YNRP) is a program designed to employee youth in the summer to work on natural resource projects in the Black Hills. In this video, the tribal youth and the Boxelder Job Corps students spend a day rehabilitating the Togus Springs area -- an area recently damaged by ATVs.
