This compilation tape shot by some truly wonderful videographers and filmmakers is the best of almost 8 years of wild and prescribed fire footage from the Black Hills National Forest staff. Gary C. Chancey, Susanna B. Marking, Beth E. (Steinhauer) Doten, Franklin Otis "Frank" Carroll, and others have documented almost a decade of drought, fire, and the battle to bring fire back to the ponderosa pine of the Black Hills before the next mega-fire burns the last best place. This tape is downloadable in its original fomat or several other formats suitable for broadcast or internet. The tape is MiniDV, DVCam and HD and is public domain.
